Mise du Printemps Pinot Blanc

Floral bouquet, crisp, hint of grapefruit, pairs well with salmon.

Slightly pear yellow. Fresh grape must, and leaves. Fresh, soft, good acid and pear flavour coming through. Finishes on ripe Mellon and raw honey. Really nice.

Pinot blanc - not what we are used to. Different an interesting. A bit sweet, but not too much

2019. Pinot blanc Alsace bio 4.1g de sucre... Mais se digère bien. Du fruit un peu éteint à mon goût; douceur sans minéralité et peut-être un peu trop pêche (?) pour moi, mais mon homme le préfère au Fendant des jours précédents.

Part of Spectator wine lunch. Delicious start to a meal, or beforehand.

Flowers

Probably a bit over the hill. Does not give a ton on the nose, but still mouthfilling and viscous (in a good way). Just a smidge of acid left.

Petit peps-citron sur le côté, pinot dynamique.

Delicious citrus notes. Well integrated and should be drunk young
