Bordering on awful. Blind tasted, would never think it's a pinot noir. Funky, fruit forward style that's far too extracted and zero acid. Take a pass on this.

Light ruby in color with medium intensity and a light red rim.

Medium intensity on the nose with strawberries, blueberries, cherries, wood, earth, black pepper and spices.

Light bodied with nice legs.

Fruity on the palate with blueberries, cherries, strawberries, red currants, oak and light peppercorn.

Medium finish with soft tannins and bitter ending.

Nice by itself, but better with the cheese plate I paired it with.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

Fairly acidic for a red. Light fruit but not enough for a Pinot.

Brought this to a thanksgiving dinner with a group of people who don't really drink. Bottle was mostly untouched. I thought it was fine - a little dry like a typical Pinot noir. Not my favorite but more than drinkable.

As this was a recommendation by the wine shop owner( keep in mind they were closing in 5Minutes) basically this was a waste of $20! Not smooth like traditional Pinot Noir wines. It has a very "funky" smell at initial sniff. mineral taste like blood not very fruit forward . The finish is more candy sweet and not the type of sweetness you expect from wine grapes .

Dry. Not that full-bodied, but not too light.
