North Coast Sauvignon Blanc

The only way for this wine not to disappoint you is to go in with the mindset that this has no reason to be a good.

That being said, I could see someone who is being introduced to wine to like it: it’s light, has a bit of citrus, crisp green apple.

But ultimately, there’s not much to it. Little to no complexity. No excitement. Good for taking a walk and drinking it out of a coffee cup perhaps?

White peach, lemongrass, buttered bread. Zesty and citrusy acidity with a short finish.

Grapefruit, pear, floral notes. It was really good- even better after it sat in my fridge for a bit.

The finish is too strong...sour, tart. Tried it with food, which didn't affect anything.

Grapefruit up front, strange sour finish. Food didn't mellow it.

Color of egg white, quite light. Nose of ripe pineapple, mineral, spice, and some strength of alcohol. Taste follows the note with addition of bittersweet zest, and spicy note from alcohol. Aftertaste is a bit off balance and short lived. Quite average.

Light with citrus and apple notes.

Crisp fruity flavors. Kind of like summer
