Delicious! Showing it's age in the best way possible. After 3 hours it took stride and ripe black berry lightly spiced dried plum, and teriyaki beef jerky poured from the glass. Acidity was tart and currant like. Fun stuff. Great with cheese. Light body with fine tight tannin lingering on finish.
