2013 - Clairette (30%) Bourboulenc (30%) Roussanne (25%) Grenache Blanc(14%) Picpoul blanc et Picardan (1%), fermented in steel tanks. Refined with a spicy touch, elegant and floral note, it as like this salty touch also and nice acidity. A great wine.
