Not usually a fan of champagne, but this was rich and complex - really liked it with charcuterie.

Held for a number of years. Tasting mature with slight notes of oxidation but balanced and complex. Almost reddish color and long finish. Went well with turkey with Laurie and Jeff. 12/24/16.
