An old timer, but fresh. Put up 1/2 in 355ml Barrique, 1/2 in SS.
N: Honeysuckle, powdered perfume, honey, light lemon rind.
P: Very Creamy, Chrysanthemum tea,
Slightly chalky,Slightly unripe pineapple,nicely knit acid balance.

2013 vintage. Beautiful straw color. Lovely lemon tart and crisp pear, with just a tad of butter. Lemon twist on the finish, slight bitterness reminiscent of ginger. 13% ABV.

Light/zesty Chardonnay from burgandy. Nice with clam dinner but don’t love Chardonnay in general. This wasn’t the full buttery Chardonnay i typically expect
