Reductive.. a bit sulfidic. Violets and coffee beans in a horse stable. Waiting for it to blow off but hasn’t happened 45 m in. Otherwise really nice, supple and balanced. Update 1:30 hrs in... really beautiful but still a little horsey in not a bad way.

Interesting red from Spain. Light and hint of coffee in Bouquet and nice finish. Opened and seemed to grow on me. Having with pesto cedar salmon and grilled veggies.
