Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

1/2 bottles of these three for dinner in New Orleans. All were great.

Drank this over 2 nights (corvavin’d 2 glasses night 1). Popped the cork night two. Wine came to life night 2 with a 1 hour decant.

Found a couple a K&L for $75.00, would of paid $125.00

Opened this last night after cellaring for 6+ years. Beautiful and complex.

Delicious. Big beautiful cab w/o being hot. Deep dark fruits, balanced acidity. Yum!

Just a delightful treat. Smooth, full body, great nose, wonderful finish.

To finish the night. Normally I find these a bit more approachable and would score higher, a bit singular which surprised me based on the age.

big start but a bit short on the finish, one could do much better at this price
