Remarkable acidity, and a long list of flavors that keep pushing all the right buttons. Bottles like this need to be part of your 'Required Reading' list, especially in making the case for Pinot Gris the bodacious babe she truly is.

This is a fascinating wine for me. The nose takes me back to my childhood with strong scents of honeysuckle flowers, while the palate gives you honeydew melon and tart green apples.
