For the wacky insanity that it is - amphora aged skin contact Chardonnay, Solera Riesling and scheureube - it’s a surprisingly soft and tame wine. A little grip, lots of floral liftedness, gentle acidity. Delicate, so overwhelmed by pungency in food.

Яблочный сок, цедра цитрусовых, яблочный пирог, пластилин, свежая мята. Среднетелое, немного шероховатое, с лёгким дрожжевым тоном. Во вкусе сладкая цитрусовая мякоть, персиковый йогурт, абрикосовые косточки, намек на прополис. Тонкая горчинка. 16,5/20
