Clear shimmering pale file with green highlights. This is a textbook Mosel with its opulent nose of white flowers and lime and a plush palate with beautifully balanced stony minerality and crisp lightly honeyed fruit. Wonderful acidity balances the faintest hint of sweetness. Refreshing and long on the finish, a joy to drink (and a great match for ceviche and a cauliflower flatbread - now that is versatility!)

Lime zest, slate and apple blossom with a spritzy palate of honeydew, apricot, mint, and white cherries. The body is tightly wound with fabulous tension and lingering finish thy starts with peaches and cream and winds down with smoke and a spark of flint. Well integrated and springy acidity. Screaming for something spicy!!! #germanwine #mosel #prüm
