Cuvée Prestige Champagne Brut Rosé

Ripe-red-fruited with some salinity and liquorice and lots of medium-sized bubbles.

delicious. Slight candy sweetness, still tart and dry. Pale pink. 9.0. Second taste was still great. Just not as complex. Bought one of these. $43

Lovely creamy rounded rose. Brioche done right with the slightest hint of sweetness, light red berries, medium body, medium + acidity, smaller/finer carbonation. Really nice with seafood!

Pale pink color, rounded and supple. Tiny beads. Long dry finish. Perfect to kick off a two year anniversary!
