Great Caesar’s Ghost! Superman’s PAL has outdone himself with this latest foray into the Phantom Zone of Bordeaux-style blends (hence “BX”) - let us simply call it a Claret. This Wine is full bodied and smooth drinking, rife with red currant and plum flavors. The balanced acidity was enough to stand up to a variety of foods, most notably a porcini mushroom ravioli dish - the pungent fungus was perfectly complemented by the wine’s slightly astringent fruit. This Claret must have been rocketed from Krypton because it has enhanced powers under our yellow sun! 😺🍷

Plum jam forward- nice spice to it, viscous texture , vanilla and black pepper on the nose. This one was a nice surprise from an online bulk order.
