N: Dirrt, Roses, slightly cooked, Resinous, plums, like baked Italian, tomato.
P: very harmonious with rough edges, mouth coating, bit o’ chocolate, tannins in balance. I could use more acidity, but the wife says fine.
This is 2011, which was a terrible* year in Napa, but… exactly why I grabbed it. I shy away from the over-plush renditions of cab.

4/4 of us thought it was excellent so we bought a half case to share. Big and bold on the nose and plenty of depth. Should age very well.
