Dammnnnn did not know Syrah could taste like this. Carbonic maceration on a heavy grape leaves a medium body refreshing wine. Strawberry lemonade and blueberry with plenty of earth left. Also first magnum which was fun.

Super juicy and light Syrah, very unexpected. Drank a magnum from Domestique with friends on a freezing night.
