Per Bianca of PBB: This wine is exactly what I want a young Chenin Blanc to do. It's clean, light and crisp, with strong notes of apple, lemon, white flowers, and a little bit of underripe pineapple. There's also some light toasty notes, like the smell of créme brulée without all the sweetness. On the palate this wine has a real lovely balance of tension, acidity and salinity that can go great with so many foods or on it's own for a pre-meal apéro hour. Drink it cold but not too cold -- I love a good Chenin that's at the right temperature so all the aromas and flavors can really show off.

A delicious crispy but also smooth white from the Loire valley. 100% chenin blanc, aged in neutral oak. We LOVED this wine, notes of dates and vanilla extract (but not overwhelming as it’s very citrus forward as well).
