Dry farm organic Rose. Tart and citrus like at the beginning, but super sweet at the swallow. Dry taste at the end. Yum!

A must try. Young, vibrant, and lively. Strong core of white cherries, strawberries, watermelon rind, pink grapefruit and underripe bananas. Calm like a bomb; tension between acidity and fruit puts some energy on the palate. Unique integration of rose hips. Earth, minerality and purity of fruit... it's all there. This pink lady should be on everyone's radar. Textbook QPR. Certified organic to boot.
