Black pepper. Strawberry. Light bodied. High acid. Sees a bit of wood. Robin it is king of Loire natural wines.

I think there may be cab franc in this? Strawberries, roses, game, peppers and peppercorn, huge tannin, plums, more peppercorn, long lingering finish. Pretty great wine. I’m guessing better in a couple years.

Robinot. Madman de Loire. He doesn’t rush anything. He makes wines you haven’t tried before.
L’Opera Des Vins is a mixed bag of Pineau d’Anuis and Chenin in Pet Nat form.
Pours a beautiful bright orange creamsicle. Tiny bubbles, lots of them. Deep yeast driven fruity notes of blood oranges, persimmon, Ceylon cinnamon, and coriander.
It’s hard to tell if this is truly off dry or truly fruity. Or both.
As special and interesting as any Pet Nat I’ve ever tried.
