Not as bracing as I would have expected from the vintage. Really enjoyed the interplay of the somewhat creamy weight in the mid, and the present but not omnipresent acid on the finish. Good entry level Chablis. Pleased the picky and the layman.

What I expect from Chablis without over delivering. Can't complain but can't express enthusiasm.

Had with some garlic shrimp and veggies. It paired very well and had a bit more after dinner! Defiantly a keeper.

Decant for 30 minutes. Old vine, organically farmed. "More heft and texture than your typical 'village' wine. Terrific value. Yellow apple and pear.

Very drinkable but lacking the slap-you-in-the-face mineral component I like in Chablis.
