La font de Notre Dame Gigondas

Brambly and lean. Reflective of Gigondas but a bit simplistic.

Cherry/ strawberry nose. Mild spice and decent red fruit on palate. Fairly dry finish but flavors do linger.

Bursting w red fruits. Rather syrupy. Easy drinking. Cuvee le mas

Drank really nicelym approachable at a young age.

Subtle fruit, smooth mouthfeel and supple tannins, clean minerality on the finish. Lacks a huge personality and would pair very well with red meat and other savory dishes

JL Southern Rhone tasting 11/15/16. 13%ABV. Very balanced nose of dark red fruits and acids. Body firm with complexity and earthy and minerals. Long finish that's complex. Good value $21.25. Will age.
