Really quite a wine. Palate expanding in the best way, just don’t think I’ve had non Chablis white Burgundy of this quality before. Appearance is a deep dark lemon yellow. Unbelievable nose with a ton of depth and with a lot of white peach and some spicy notes. On the palate this is very mouth filling but still super precise. Loads of flavor waves over the tongue. Finish is crazy long and the acid level is obviously quite high but manages to express that while still staying very balanced. Perfect with a ”Zuni cafe” style roast chicken on a Sunday night.
