Black cherry, cranberry, plum, earth. Low acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. 50% merlot, 25% cabernet franc, 25% cabernet sauvignon.

Pleasant with Pat’s pork chops ($15), but preferred Pascal Biotteau Anjou Rouge ($16)

Enjoyed with braised kales and roasted chicken marinated with dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar ($15). Dark fruit, bright and refreshing (chilled).

Decent all-around wine.

sort of unfortunate. indistinct on the nose and a weak weak finish every way. tried to chill it for a moment to open it up, didn’t work either

Soft but still dry, citrus and grass notes with a slight minerality.
