Oldest champagne I've had the pleasure of trying. At 16 years old, this champagne has matured beautifully. The nose is leesy and yeasty with notes of raspberries and flowers. A lasting, lingering finish of almond skin, raspberries, and brioche, with its bright acidity fully intact. Delicious.
