L'arpent des Vaudons Touraine Sauvignon Blanc

I found this bottle in my cellar rack recently, and opened tonight to pair with fish. I agree with @Christy Canterbury MW that it's not as lively as fresh vintages. There is the lemon curd and flinty element, but acidity has really subsided in only two years. Not as snappy as I was hoping.

Enjoyed this wine very much at the Domaine in 2023. Good to see inour market in PA. Rich lush with a hint of RS, Mouthcoating with citrus, minerality and very long finish. Check out his other wines if you can find them.

Elegant. Lite but good fruit.Def compares to sanceres for way less money.

2012. Flint and lemon peels.

Sancerre-esque. Chalky, stone-rich soil and organic vines produce a funky and just-one-more-sip delicious wine practically begging to play with food.
