Pure and ethereal. Absolutely lives up to the hype.

V. Good bottle. Light and complex. Delicious. No sign of bacterial activity. Mature, I guess.

A bit troubling (OTH) at first, but after 15 minutes, awesome. Very complex and yet weightless. Not as fresh as when first released, but still plenty fresh.

Really fresh and crunchy. Sour red berries/cranberry and orange peel. Tangy, think karate monkey from the orange beverage commercials. Herbaceous/rhubarb/celery withbsome funkyness/barnyard lingering in the shadows.

Reminds me of some Trousseaus but with a few more layers. Very delicious, and I know the story of the vineyard, winemaking, and label, but I don't get the hype.

Still excellent. Not noticeably better than the good west coast bottles.

You can sensor the label but you can't sensor the wine.
