Insanely concentrated. Maybe not Chablis blind. So good!

Lovely fresh and crisp, this white burgundy is a lovely companion to a fresh water fish dinner on summer evening. Light gold color appealing nose full of minerals, grapefruit and a hint of crushed lime stone, medium body with a lovely acidity and a pleasant finish. My score 87, drink to 2018, perhaps longer.
