Nose shows deeper honeycomb, very ripe to macerated white stone fruits, Meyer lemons, cream- it being whipped, volcanics, chalk, saline, yellow Lillie’s & white flowers.
The wine enter the palate pure & clean…kinda lean. Ripe lemon, lime, yellow & white peach, apricots, red & green apples, pineapple juice, white cream, fine powdery, salty Muersault minerals, white stubble spice that is unstated until it lingers on the palate and feels pin prickly on the center tongue, saline, limestone, grey volcanics, powdery, dry stone, flinty notes, yellow & spring flower, clean and near perfect acidy with a leaner, well made, balanced clean finish lasting two plus minutes and lands on dry stone and white spice. Developed syrupy quality on the very long set.
Good but $350 is hard to justify here. Has the potential for long aging, 20 years.
