Puligny-Montrachet Primier Cru Les Perrieres 2011. Great white Burgundy. Clean, fresh nose (caveat emptor, I was suffering ragweed season). Good weight and mouth feel. Minerality and stone fruit. Enjoyed with a crab cake.
