Roussanne

Golden yellow color. I'm going to jump right into the palate and textured. Oily with some weight but a great backbone and the right amount of acid to balance. The texture is amazing. A slight eucalyptus and mintyness as well.

So well balanced and dangerously smooth. Having with cheese and head cheese.

Silky buttery, some spice and possibly pear. Very complex with different flavors as it warms
