Feb 19th, 2017Slightly cloudy appearance. Very natural winemaking from biodynamic vineyards. An unusual rendition of Chenin Blanc. Nose of pineapple juice lemon and a touch of vanilla. Palate of pineapple lemon and a touch salty. Mouthwatering acidity at the finish. This wine is somewhat of a conundrum. Quite unusual.
