Extroverted elegance! Quite a bit of white nectarine/strawberry purée softly spread on toast and dipped in cream. Or mayhaps that it just feels like cream. Really the texture on this is exquisite. It is wearing elbow length gloves with a fuchsia satin dress and pearls. This wine is. Or maybe that’s what I feel like I’m wearing drinking it.

If you thought sparkling from Tasmania couldn't be good, try this one. It's as good or better than most of the Rosés I've had from Champagne or California. Nice lean but lush light red fruits, perfect; minerality, chalkiness and acidity.

Great sparkling from Tasmania. Sour cherry notes with good sharp acid. A touch of weight on the pallet and I like it!

Mostly Pinot. A little Chardonnay. Like 5% Pinot Meunier. Biscuity on the nose. High acidity. Clean. Very light pink color.

Taz wine for funsies.
