Smoky, on the nose and palate - right up front. An unusual expression of this grape. Better with food. The fruit was subdued. I enjoyed it, I'm interested in how the other vintages compare. That's where I'd buy this again, different vintages.

Bought this at the local store on special. Fantastic value on an earthy Pinot. Color was fairly light, but flavor was all there. Different but very appealing.
