On the palate flavors of apple, peach and citrus zest with blossom tones. Medium+ finish ending with fruit and floral citrus spice. Nice wine but I wish the cork was protected with a cover or seal.

The Jaine Blanc de Blanc is 100% Chardonnay. I love the slightly tart flavor of green apple and yet sweet fruit that fights to to be seen. And the evervessence that tingles your tongue is fun.
