Crisp, clean...very light yellow in color... wet stone, tart citrus, ripe fig, and just a touch of wool. The wine starts out lean and mean, but struts some serious weight as it warms. I love California Chenin at almost room temp with Mediterranean/North African cuisine...Greek salad, hummus, olives, oil...with creamy giganto beans.lemon, and lamb shoulder... long smooth finish.
