Acidity for days! Puffeney's Savagnin wines all have his stamp all over it (probably because of the great Savagnin terroir). Jumped out of the glass with leather and almond notes, but was a touch thin this vintage.

One of my fav producers from the Jura. Slightly oxidized, little nutty. Pulls you in for another sip. Great with eggs and sausage.

Sort of reminiscent of fino sherry: green walnuts, white grapefruit, saline mineral backbone. Delicious.

Initially off putting nose dissipates once wine has had time to breath. Scrumptious flavor that pairs perfectly with chicken.
