Oct 20th, 2016Simple pleasures: 20 month old comté cheese matched with a 6 year old savagnin, a simple and near perfect match, the cheese and wine are very complex, the savagnin definitely in the 'baby vin jaune' category, it's an absolute pleasure to be able to enjoy a few more bottles from Jacques Puffeney, this one is incredible.
