This was the perfect white to hold its own against fried oysters and a radicchio salad. Crisp, refreshing and slightly effervescent, with subtle minerals and a bright finish. Hooked.

Honestly was expecting a little more from this one. Felt a little flat without a ton of depth. Little lime flavor to it and light on the nose.

A white wine for red wine drinkers. Could be fooled into thinking it's a chenin if tasting blind. Super fun - creme brulee with a touch of funk. 11.6%
