Taste is waves of sweetness with spicy bourbon, milk chocolate, canyon, oak, concentrated, powerful, zesty, yet smooth. Very long finish with similar notes plus flowering note, and enjoyable.

The grooves in the barrel give the whiskey extra contact with the oak. It's drier and more oaky than regular Jack Daniels. The finish almost reminds me of a highlands scotch.
