Apple flesh straw color that is star bright. Nose was filled with lemon peel, lemon zest, peach, star fruit, honey balm, honey suckle, and flint. On the palate, tart peach, Apple cider, apricots, almonds, and flaking rocks were the rock stars. Acidity was medium-plus, and the balance was really dialed in through the finish. I felt this wine had a medium complexity and a solid unoaked Chard. Cheers to Thursday!
