Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Full body and good balance. Having this with a filet and truffle fries.

Bought from Hinton’s at recommendation of sales clerk but not Sommalier. Nice easy to drink wine. Not heavy. Had with chateau elite. Would have again depending on price.

Smooth, balanced and well rounded. Notes of plum and dark cherry as well as light oak and leather notes. A nice dinner wine.
