BUDDA! Right off the bat, it hits the nose like fresh buttered popcorn. Then there's the plum, dark cherry and a hint of chocolate. On the tongue, it's smooth with a very slight acidic quality on the front of the tongue with some dark chocolate and fruit on the back. Deep red color with strong legs also. If you come across this one, try it

Blackberry cobbler meets bitter dark chocolate in this teeth stainer.
Dry on the mouth, almost like oak wood chips and cappuccino. 🍷🍇🍫

V16. Very good. Deep crystal staining purple. Wet rock nose. Rich blackberry and black cherry fruit. Smooth, slightly dry, mocha and zippy pepper finish. Nice food wine.

Deep inky in color with a dark purple rim.

Beautiful nose of blueberries, blackberries, sweet cherries, figs, raisins, smoked vanilla, wood, earth, leather, chocolates, coffee, caramel, peppercorn and licorice.

Full bodied, bold and jammy, with medium plus acidity and long legs.

Dry and extremely fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, sweet cherries, raisins, vanilla, licorice, spices, oak, chocolates, leather, earth, tobacco, beef jerky and peppercorn.

Long finish with nice, full tannins and cranberries.

What a great surprise on this Paso Robles Petite Sirah. Nicely balanced with great complexity. Rich and extracted, however, some might find it too fruity.
Needs time to open up properly.
I didn't have the luxury of time, and the bottle finished too quickly.

Still young but so yummy already. I would love to meet again in 5 years.

14.9% alcohol by volume (love it!)

v18. Very good. Soft, but distinct cedar nose. Deep, rich, luscious black cherry and blackberry fruit. Bright, velvety smooth, blended pepper, mocha, and soft leather finish. Ultimate food wine!
