Session 1 of Wine Essentials One at the Institute of Culinary Education Center for Wine Studies.

From the Vigneti delle Dolomiti in Northern Italy. Pale yellow diamond color with a clear, almost green appearance. Light viscosity. Fresh, light, and floral aromas of crisp apple, yellow grapefruit and lime. Has a bright acidity and a somewhat sour taste of lemon and lime that fades quickly.
