2009 vintage. This is a deep violet wine with a nose of fresh blackberries. The wines tastes of fresh blackberries with a plum overlay and hints of prunes and black tea. The smooth tannins turn a touch chewy at the end. Fairly long finish. For me, less oak and a little more acid would really help.

From the land of Don Quixote, La Mancha! Tastes like the delicious landscape of Castilla with its sun, olives, cheeses and livestock.
