Wild Thyme, red blend , Wallula Vineyards, Horse Heaven Hills. 57/34/5/4 blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, no Syrah. 320 cases made. Purple red, highly extracted pigment. Plum, leather and butter notes in nose. Soft mouthfeel on initial pour, with butter predominant. Black currant, blackberry and seed tannins emerge after 30 minutes. Cherry and raspberry flavors and syrupy mouthfeel emerge after an hour. Mild seed bitterness on finish predominates.
