Surprising burst of aromatics. Surprising as it was much more retrained last month. I love how wines evolve. The mouth is more pronounced and a slight bit of white pepper picante with boisterous cherry. Lively bit of oak but not too much. Drink up or age.

Rich and jammy but packed full of prickly spice and phenolic herbal notes, too. Big and assertive, with notes of candied licorice and sandalwood. Nice.
