Great wine! Just about all you'd want from a Napa Cab. Heavy new oak influence on the nose. Big fruit and full body but delicate structure. Neither overripe or too extracted. Definitely new world but nuanced and not overbearing.

Swirl it! Big berry bouquet. Soft red berries up front with a quick dry middle. After opening up, the second glad is much better and bolder.

Ironside Cabernet savignon 2012 Napa Valley. It has a unique label with an embossed capital "I ". Nice full body. Strong lingering after taste although pleasant , unlike a Shiraz. Currants, plum. Tasty.
