Nov 27th, 2013Ripe plums wrapped around a core of brambly fruit and spices. Cinnamon and clove mingled with porcini mushrooms, dried orange peal and cranberries. Finishes with raw meat, crushed granite and smoke. Northern Rhône style...maybe Hermitage?
