California Cabernet Sauvignon

Nice. Lighter bodied Cab Sauv but pulls through with nice tannins and even acidity.

Nose smells tremendous. Very jammy for a cab but strong oak overtones to balance it.

More light-bodied than expected but smooth. Slightly too tannic for me.

Deep & velvety

Clear and bright. Medium color intensity. Ruby. Light in color for cab. Nose is clean. Medium minus intensity. Strawberry, more red fruits than black, some herbaceous quality. slight amount of toast. on the palate, soft light tannins, medium- medium plus acidity. Good wine. Not typical cab. On the lighter side.

Club wine deep fruit and smoke notes

Nice nose, jammy. Cherry and chassis mouth feel, tannins very evident. Just ok.
