This brings back good memories of tasting with half of the Inizi folks @ a bar in st Helena. The lightness of the wine is belied by its dark color. There is some dark fruit and then a rustic tannic finish. The wine has a bright acidity that makes it a really nice match with food--in this case pan roasted chicken
